Our scope of delivery comprises systems for the finishing of woven and knitted fabric, nonwovens, carpets and all kinds of technical textiles and other planiform materials. Some typical processes are: drying, heat-setting, condensing, continuous dyeing, sanforizing, compacting, shrinking, coating, laminating, consolidating. Innovative energy saving concepts such as heat recovery and exhaust air cleaning systems complete our profile. All systems including their technologies are of course reliable and efficient quality products from Germany.
POWER-COLORTHER continuous dyeing ranges
The BRÜCKNER hotflue is the heart of a continuous dyeing range and depending on the customers’ requirements it can be supplied with oil or gas heating. Due to the intelligent drive concept and a sophisticated air flow control an exact shade homogeneity is achieved across the length and the width of the fabric. Tailing and migrations are prevented and the dyeing results are 100% reproducible.
POWER-DRY PD1 shrink & relax dryer
The POWER-DRY PD1 high-performance relaxation dryer can dry, relax and shrink knitted fabrics in tubular and open width form, as well as woven fabrics, in a short overall length. Residual shrinkage values are reduced to a minimum, giving the fabric excellent dimensional stability in length and width as well as a fluffy, soft and voluminous hand.
Nonwovens bonding & finishing lines
BRÜCKNER's range of products for the nonwovens industry comprises coating and application units, thermofusion and heat-setting ovens (flat or vertical design) with different fabric transport systems such as stenter chains, rollers, track rollers or belts, high temperature lines (up to 350°C process temperature), airlaid dryers, drum dryers, calenders (with heated and/or cooled cylinders), cutting and winding units as well as heat-recovery and exhaust air cleaning units.
Back-coating & finishing lines for carpets and other floor coverings
We supply any kind of carpet finishing and coating lines from the raw product to the finished article. Depending on the carpet type and the required drying capacity after washing, dyeing or printing, in finishing, coating or laminating BRÜCKNER offers different dryer systems.
